You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. Awesome downtown location......Located at the beginning of downtown Mount Maunganui this is the perfect base for your beach break. Featuring two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a handy single bed behind sliding doors off the living area. A light spacious living area with modern kitchen topped off with a great balcony for watching the world go by. On your doorstep, underneath the building, are some eateries and a specialist organic grocery store. A short stroll away you can reach the beach, Pilot Bay harbour and the Mount’s boutiques, restaurants and bars. A fabulous apartment for couples or families who want to be close to it all….. park the car and enjoy all that the Mount has to offer. This lovely apartment features floor to ceiling windows flooding the apartment with light. The spacious living area leads out onto the balcony equipped with seating and BBQ. A great place to sit and watch the world go by. The modern and functional kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal if staying in. With two secure car parks this apartment surely ticks all your boxes.........
