We are passionate about providing guests with a five star experience. For the past three years we have hosted guests from around the world in our awesome Mount properties.
When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy.
We are all fortunate to live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay.

Awesome downtown location......Located at the beginning of downtown Mount Maunganui this is the perfect base for your beach break. Featuring two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a handy single bed behind sliding doors off the living area.
A light spacious living area with modern kitchen topped off with a great balcony for watching the world go by.
On your doorstep, underneath the building, are some eateries and a specialist organic grocery store. A short stroll away you can reach the beach, Pilot Bay harbour and the Mount’s boutiques, restaurants and bars.
A fabulous apartment for couples or families who want to be close to it all….. park the car and enjoy all that the Mount has to offer.
This lovely apartment features floor to ceiling windows flooding the apartment with light. The spacious living area leads out onto the balcony equipped with seating and BBQ. A great place to sit and watch the world go by. The modern and functional kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal if staying in.

At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Hike up or walk around and the enjoy stunning views.
Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables.
Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking.
Head to main beach for surfing or just chilling and swimming.
Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses.
10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded BayFair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. BayWave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay.
