We are the nearest property to The Royal Albatross Colony on The Otago Peninsula with ready access to seals, sea lions, penguins and many species of sea birds a s well as several beautiful beaches and panoramic views of the stunning Peninsula. We are only 11 km from the Dunedin City centre at MacAndrew Bay which has a small golden sandy beach, cafe, dairy, gift shop, art gallery and a beautiful harbour-side walkway which goes to the city centre and as far as beyond Portobello seaside village. Nearby attractions include historic Larnach Castle and its gardens, Glenfalloch Gardens and restaurant, Royal Albatross Centre, Blue Penguins Pukekura, Sandfly Bay, Boulder Beach, Allans Beach, Victory Beach and Pyramids
