Check in is from 14:00 to 20:30 only. If you are arriving outside reception hours please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for check in. Motel contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Charges will apply if a late check in is required but not arranged prior to arrival.
Please note that each adult, child or infant will be counted as one guest. Pinewood Motel will only accommodate the number of guests that are on the booking confirmation.

For all check ins- please be aware that we will require to view and record credit card details and a current photo identification.
For Late Check in's - Please contact us prior to 7pm on day of arrival with current credit card details. We require these details before we can confirm a late check-in. Please do not send them through booking.com as we cannot access them.
