Located right in the heart of Dunedin, less than a block from the Octagon, this superbly appointed landmark property has been lovingly refurbished throughout. Ideal for those seeking an inner-city pad close to all of Dunedin’s main attractions, this home caters for groups of up to Eleven people and offers maximum flexibility with five beds and a pull-out sofa available across 4 bedrooms.
Whilst there is only one open-plan living space, further room to spread out and relax is available throughout the home, with lovely nooks provided in the larger bedrooms. The ground floor offers individually heated bedrooms that are well-appointed and tastefully decorated catering ideally to couples. A large heat pump ensures this area remains toastie-warm in the cooler months. This level also offers a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus access to a rear courtyard area.
Upstairs offers one additional bedroom, a modern laundry with washer and dryer (detergent supplied) and the second bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a stunning living room, a new kitchen plus dining with outlook to St Paul’s Cathedral.
This is the ideal base for graduations, concerts, sporting fixtures and family gatherings.
This property does not have parking available, however, there is an independent secure car parking facility within a 3-minute walk. There are hourly and overnight rates available at the carpark. You will also find paid hourly parking on the street out front, along with a 5-minute parking spot and directly across the road, some 30-minute parking spots.
