I have been in the short rental business since 2022 and find it very rewarding making a positive impact on my guests' stay. I have traveled a lot both overseas, in New Zealand and enjoy experiencing different types of accommodation. It’s great to see what impacts a guest's stay, both negatively and positively. From the moment you step inside this apartment on Princes Wharf you'll be impressed by this luxurious well appointed modern one bedroom apartment. It has great indoor/outdoor flow onto extensive decks, which are the full length of the apartment. Why not enjoy the great view across the harbour whilst relaxing on the outdoor sofa's and if you like alfresco dining then there is also an outdoor table and chairs. If you feel like cooking then there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances, these include fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine. If you're needing to do some laundry then there is the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The open plan kitchen dining includes a smart TV should you wish to watch some Netflix or any other tv channels you subscribe to. Ps - The view is amazing. Nothing quite like Princes Wharf. At times you will be amazed by these massive cruise ships docking right on Princes Wharf which can obstruct your view, These ships stay only for a day or overnight so no very long, Well worth walking down to the end of the wharf and seeing them come in or go out it is impressive. This unit comes with its own free carpark right underneath it couldn't be much closer

Right in the hear of Downtown Auckland on princess wharf over the water, it just doesn't get much better than this as a location for Auckland. Right across the road from the Viaduct harbour, Down the road from the Ferry terminal, There are so many bars, Restaurants all within walking distance of One Cool Place. 5 Min walk to Wynard Quarter and then old Tank farm and some more bars and Restaurants. Being in the heart of Auckland City everything starts from here, Catch a Ferry to Devonport Catch a Ferry to Waiheke and visit the vineyards. Got for a sail in the harbour, go whale watching, Hire a bike and ride to Mission Bay, Uber to the museum, Catch a train to Onehunga, New Market, Sylvia Park and go shopping, 4 shopping malls you can go to via the train and the train station in a few minutes walk away. Commercial Bay Shopping Centre is across the road, This place is amazing and worth checking it out, Some really cool restaurants in there
