"The Punga Cabin" - set amongst beautiful pungas and bush. This sleepout is very relaxing after a busy day exploring the amazing Coromandel Peninsula. 5 minutes walk to the Northern end of Cooks Beach. The shower is an outside in a private and peaceful setting. The toilet and wash basin is located inside the main house. This is a house with pets, so no other pets allowed. You will be fondly greeted by our cat and dog. Bed linen, towels, kettle, coffee, tea, plates and cutlery etc. There are no cooking facilities available, but there are many wonderful eateries for you to enjoy in our area.

We have recently become empty nesters with both our adult children spreading their wings to different parts of NZ and Aussie. We have lived in the house for nearly 10 years and built the sleepout to accommodate, many of our family and friends that enjoy coming to stay. We are a married couple, who enjoy the Coromandel lifestyle of boating, swimming and walking

Cook Beach is a beautiful part of the Coromandel Peninsula. Our house is a 5 minute walk to the Northern end of Cook Beach. A 15 minute walk to Lonely Bay a beautiful spot often used for weddings. Walking distance to catch the ferry to Whitianga a small coastal town with lots of cafe's and restaurants to choose from. There are a variety of walks for people to explore, and a great place to cycle.
