Private,Peaceful,Spacious and tidy home stay with fresh linen & free parking, located within few minutes ride/drive to redwoods. Perfect for solo traveler, partners, business trips, group of family & bike riders. This beautiful house has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom with walk in shower and bath tub & separate toilet. Pool table as a backup if weather not favours, lots of toys for kids. Deck is facing sun where you can bask sunshine and kids can play in fully fenced backyard. Super quiet neighbourhood. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed+Travel cot Bedroom 2 has a queen bed Bedroom 3 has two single beds Dedicated work place high chair available (Heat pump) Air con in summer and Heating in winter Location is the key. All local tourists attractions are within 10-15 minutes drive. Close to Whakarewarewa mountain bike trails. Public bus stand on 2 minutes walk. 8 Minutes to City Centre. Gyms, bars, eateries, veggie shops, Laundromat, liquor store, vape shops just within few minutes drive. Gas station is in walking distance where you get drinks,breads and many other grocery items. 2 minutes walk to the Motion Entertainment where you can do bowling and kids can play many other games. Books, board games and toys, 55 inches smart tv with access to Netflix. HRV system and fully insulated with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen which leads to dining area. Air conditioner lounge, portable fans in rooms if needed. UBER X and UBER EATS available.
