This centrally located brick beauty house has much to offer: There are four bedrooms inside, One triple room with a double and a single bed, Another triple room with a queen bed and a single bed. Two triple bedrooms all offer their own ensuite bathrooms. The other two double bedrooms share with a nice public bath and toilet. One double room with a double bed. Another double room with two single beds. one sofa bed in the living room. Totally can accommodate 10 people. If your group number is larger than 10 people, we can provide the adjacent five-bedroom villa(next door) as a backup, which can accommodate 12 people, and these two suites combined can accommodate up to 22 people. We are located close to the main business Street (Bank Street) and next to two supermarkets. very close to boy high, girl high, primary school, main bus route, sports ground and close to cafes and restaurants. 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to inter city bus terminus, and most popular scenic town basin harbor. There is a walk path near the house towards city council and liberary. 5 minutes walk to the most popular Mair Park that is a place for family to enjoy. Whangarei district has quite a lot of nice scenic spots, such as Town Basin Marina and HATEA Loop, Whangarei Falls, Mair Park, Whangarei Quarry Garden, Whangarei Art Museum and Kiwi North Museum, City Liberary and so on. Very nice beaches include Whangarei Heads, Tutukaka Coast, and Bream Bay, They also have visitor coastal walks, fishing ground ,Diving, Swimming, Surfing places.
