The house is a small 4 bedroom home with two of the rooms being for guests, alongwith a single guest bathroom. There is a fully enclosed patio area with a BBQ and table and seating. Each bedroom has a desk and chair.
We both enjoy meeting people and have travelled extensively. We love gardening. I am passionate photographer and Lucy enjoys painting. I offer guided photo tours of the Catlins, message for details.
Before retirement I was a mechanical design engineer. We both have part time jobs.
The house is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the rural outskirts. It is only a ten-minute drive to the city centre.
