Enjoy a stylish experience at this apartment located right next to the Waikato River and the walking trails, also close to the central city. The apartment offers independence via a well-appointed full kitchen, open plan living, bedroom, fully tiled bathroom, laundry facilities, heat pump and gas heating when needed. There is a double pull-out sofa bed that can sleep 1 adult or 2 smaller guests. The apartment is on the ground floor of the main house with a separate entrance.
This is peaceful location right next to the Waikato River and the river trails, which are wonderful for walking and biking. We are located a short drive the the central city, the Base Shopping center and St Andrews Golf Course.
