In the heart of Raglan town is this newly renovated (mid 2023) 2-bedroom Rooftop Apartment
Situated on the Main Street with a large rooftop deck overlooking the towns action makes it the perfect place to base yourselves and enjoy everything that Raglan has to offer. With restaurants, shops and world class coffee right at your doorstep!
The space
Modern Apartment comprising of a large private deck, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge and a full-sized kitchen with an espresso coffee machine along with free Wi-Fi, a heat pump, dishwasher, all linen, Netflix and 1 x carpark.
Bedrooms are of a decent size capturing all day sun with each containing a queen size bed with bedside tables, a mirror, space to hang your clothes and enough room on the floor for your bags.
Linen is provided including sheets, towels, tea towels etc.
Bathroom - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided along with a hair dryer and heated towel rail.
The large sunny deck overlooking the township is very private, captures all day sun and is furnished with an outdoor table, a bar leaner and an outdoor couch.

The kitchen is of full size with a large island, an espresso machine (Raglan Roast Coffee provided), large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle and fully equipped with cutlery, wine and cocktail glasses, platter crockery, pots & pans and all cooking utensils and more. The lounge area has a large couch great for watching the TV with built in Netflix and chrome cast. A brand-new laundromat is located close by however there are no laundry facilities onsite. Please note this apartment is situated on the Main Street of Raglans township so noise from the streets can be expected. Please be aware that access up to the apartment is via stairs only and unfortunately may not be suitable for those that require assistance. You have access to the entire apartment and the large private sunny deck overlooking Raglans township.
