Property information

Wake up in the morning, to the stunning view out over the water of Buffalo Beach and Mercury Bay, a cup of fresh coffee in your hand and fresh air to wake you up. Feel the stress melt away in this holiday home is made for a comfortable holiday living with the essentials. The main home on the upper level is accessed at the driveway level and has a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen together with 3 bedrooms - two fitted with Super Kings and one with a bunk bed. There is an additional family bathroom on this level. After a day in the sun fire up the BBQ, enjoy a cold drink and relax on the wide deck watching the world go by out in the bay. The apartment on the lower level is accessed via external and internal stairs and has its own lounge and kitchenette with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Each bedroom opens out onto the patio and garden with an additional BBQ. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 5 is fitted with Queen and a King Single beds. On the lower level, there is a private garden for the children to play in. When you are not enjoying the view, enjoy a day in the sand and surf with a short stroll to Brophy’s and Buffalo Beaches, or explore the local area and head into town (just a 2-minute drive). Make your way to Seaview Serenity for a fuss-free Buffalo Beach retreat! The driveway to this property is steep, it is best to enter coming up from the bottom of the downstairs unit does not have a full-size oven, however, its does have a small benchtop note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.
