A peaceful haven a stone's throw from Lower Hutt's amenities. Backing onto the Hutt Valley's finest golf course, this fully furnished house provides an ideal base to explore Wellington. Spend a day shopping in the bustling capital, and then return to the tranquility of your private hideaway. Off the main roads yet within easy reach of the motorway and public transport, the property boasts a delightful bathtub and a lawn with fruit trees. Hutt Hospital and Janus Bakkerij are easily walkable. Other public amenities on the doorstep include the golf course, extensive children's playground at Avalon Park, Walter Nash sports centre, Naenae bowling club, and great walks along the scenic Hutt River.
I will not normally be available in person, but am always contactable by telephone or text and will attend the property if the need arises. We aim to allow our guests to quietly enjoy their stay with minimal need for interaction :)
