A brand new, 6 person hot tub has been installed at the end of March 2025. Beds can be made into multiple configurations to suit any group of up to 7 guests. Bedroom 1: 1 x Super King Split Bed (Can be split to make 2x King Singles) Bedroom 2: 1 x Super King Split Bed (Can be split to make 2x King Singles) Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single Beds (Can be put together to make a Super King) Additional Bed: 1x Single Trundler Bed (best suited to a child). Please note - if you require the beds to be split, or made together, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, they will be made as 2x Super King, 2x King Single, 1x Single Trundler bed. We provide professionally laundered linen & towels. During the hot summer months, relax with cooling ducted air con throughout the property powered by solar. In the winter, cosy heating throughout together with a warming gas fireplace in the main living area. Comfort for all with a push of a button. You don't need to get in the car to get to the local supermarket, cafes, restaurant/bar, sushi shop, tenpin bowling, arcade, mini golf, trampoline & ninja indoor entertainment centre, along with the Sailing Club just down the road. There is a playground right across the road, perfect for keeping the young ones entertained. There is off-street parking for 2-3 cars, including boat parking. There is no parking available in the garage. Bikes can be stored in the large lockable shed. There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Property must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried & put away. Rubbish must be neatly bagged. BBQ must be left clean. If not adhered to, additional charges will apply. Maximum 7 guests.
