Please note there is 1 flight of stairs to climb to reach the property, the living area itself is on one level. The kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom areas are an open-plan studio. There is a Washer/Dryer combination conveniently located within the kitchen as well as a fold-out dining table. A Murphy bed/couch and wardrobe located are in the bedroom area. Also a full-size bathroom with tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated seat, heated towel rail and vanity. With your own private balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.
