The Corner on Te Mata offers two brand-new homes designed for comfort and style, right in the heart of Havelock North. The larger home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a separate toilet, full kitchen and dining areas, ducted heating, and a private outdoor dining space with a BBQ.
The second home is a spacious two-bedroom property, with both bedrooms featuring their own ensuite bathrooms. Like the larger home, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, ducted heating, outdoor dining with BBQ, and onsite parking. Both homes are perfect for families or groups looking for modern accommodation close to everything Havelock North has to offer.
I’m Nicki, and I live nearby with my husband Greg and am always available if you need assistance. We love hosting and can happily share our recommendations for the best local wineries, restaurants, and activities during your stay.

Located in the heart of wine country, The Corner on Te Mata is just minutes away from some of Hawke’s Bay’s most celebrated vineyards, including Craggy Range and Black Barn. The vibrant village of Havelock North is close by, offering exceptional eateries, boutique shopping, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Ocean and Waimarama beaches are just a 20/30 minute drive.
