Our shed with a view sits at the top of property looking out to the sea to the east the mountains to the west, it is a peaceful spot to relax and take in the surrounding countryside. There is a comfortable living space with a king sized bed and a separate kitchenette and dining area inside and outside in the covered in patio area. Outside is a BBQ and brazier to enjoy on clear summer evenings. The icing on the cake the wood fired cedar hot tub to jump into at the end of your evening with star gazing thrown in on those clear nights. We are 3km from the historic tavern and wineries in Upper Moutere, Gravity winery is just down the road and Mapua village is a 10 minute drive where there a cafes and wind bar and shops.

Mike and I l love living in the beautiful area of Tasman we have chosen to make our forever home after relocating from Auckland and a life of working for Corporates. We now spend most of time looking after our beautiful lifestyle property will juggling day jobs remotely. We love to take time out and go cycling and take our much loved chocolate Labradoodle on walks, then if course we have to cram in enjoying the wineries and cafes, beaches and the Abel Tasman we live so close too. It’s a tough life for sure!

We are in a rural community with very helpful neighbours, close by is Gravity winery and Upper Moutere village with the historic Moutere Pub and some lovely wineries and restaurants. Mapua village and wharf is just a 10 minute drive away which has shops, the four square grocery, some lovely cafes, the Golden Bear brewery, a wine bar and the famous smokehouse for fish and chips
