Treetop Break rises above a large sweep of native bush, offering an unforgettable view of the surf break and Bream Bay beach. This is a magical spot for sunsets, birdwatching, and stargazing. Inside, the warm, welcoming lounge invites slow starts and cosy evenings. The open dining area keeps everyone connected, while the well-equipped kitchen - complete with a coffee machine, and modern appliances - makes meals easy and social. Three comfortable bedrooms offer restful spaces for the whole group, with one queen room off the lounge, and a queen room, and a double bunk (king single on the bottom and single on top) downstairs, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. The bunkroom also includes a second TV. The upstairs bathroom is practical and tidy, and a washing machine helps longer stays run smoothly. The second bathroom is located downstairs for convenience, and the outdoor (heated) shower makes it easy to rinse off after returning from the beach. A fireplace/log-burner warms cooler nights, while fans keep summer days comfortable, ensuring year-round ease. Just a 5-minute stroll to Waipu Cove, guests can enjoy its patrolled beach, friendly surf, kayaking, snorkelling, and the scenic coastal walk to Langs Beach. With the much-loved Cove Café close by, good food and relaxed seaside ambience are always within easy reach making Treetop Break a perfect place to relax and connect with friends and family in a secluded and sociable setting. Please note this property is not suitable for families with infants/toddlers, due to stairs. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
