Brand new house with large kitchen, dining and living areas. Each bedroom has its own heatpump for your increased comfort. In addition to the free wi-fi, there is a dedicated internet connection in each room for fast uninterrupted network access.
The property has smoke and heat detectors in each room space, making it very safe. In addition, CCTV cameras monitor all the outside areas around the building.
I like travelling, so I try to visit at least one new country each year. When I am not travelling I like to play golf at the local golf club or watching classic car restorations on TV. I have passion for cars and am trying to restore my 1985 Mercedes 280SE
The neighbourhood is generally quiet. There is a high school round the corner and quite few students pass by during school starting and finishing times.
We are about 400 m or 500 m from the city center. There are three churches within a 200 meter radius.
