Join us to experience our huge views. Wake up to stunning sunrises relax with a drink and watch the weather changes and magnificent sunsets over the Mata- au (Clutha River) Valley and the mountains that surround us.
Our totally off grid home and organic market garden are nestled in the rocks high above the valley
Just 20 minutes from Wanaka and Cromwell and 60 minutes from Queenstown airport we are ideally located to enjoy attractions this region has to offer
The suite consists of a conservatory which opens onto a deck with extensive views. Full height sliding glass doors open on two sides. A comfortable bedroom lies behind the conservatory with access to the views and a bathroom with a walk in shower leads off the bedroom. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available for guests in the conservatory.
Although the suite is part of our house you have complete privacy with private entrance and parking right outside your door
We have two Belgian Shepherd dogs who will welcome you to the property. The dogs are extremely well behaved and friendly. If you have any problems wtih dogs please let us know and we will ensure the dogs are confined.
Phil and I built this off grid house in Queensberry three years ago.Since we moved here we have established an organic vegetable garden and 28 m tunnel house.
We grow tomatoes, peppers, chillis etc in the tunnel house and lots of other crops in the outdoor garden.
You are welcome to wander around the property and visit the gardens
The property is rural with stunning views of the countryside
