A cosy little unit right in the heart of Cambridge township. Clean tidy and set up to create a comfortable stay • Walk to supermarkets, shops, laundromat and eateries • Fenced courtyard • Clean and tidy basic 2 bedroom unit: Queen bed, 2x single beds, sofa bed • Cot available • Netflix • Wifi
I live in Mount Maunganui with my children and husband. We run three short term rental properties throughout Waikato and Tauranga. I love the fast paced task of keeping our properties filled and ready for our guests.
Cambridge, New Zealand is loved for its charming, village-like atmosphere with tree-lined streets, heritage buildings, excellent cycling facilities at the Grassroots Trust Velodrome, nearby horse breeding studs, the beautiful Lake Karapiro, and its close proximity to the unique Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari, a predator-free forest perfect for spotting native wildlife like kiwi birds. We love eating at The Good Union, Alpha Street Kitchen and Bar and Alpino. All within easy walking distance from The Cosyt Unit on Duke.
