Beautiful historic Villa Victoria has stunning views of the harbour & Haulashore Island. Rooms are spacious, well appointed & comfortable with a touch of luxury. Enjoy relaxing in the morning on the veranda with a nespresso coffee watching the water and listening to the birds make their first song, or in the evening with a cool drink watching an incredible sunset. We have hosted 100's of visitors through Air BnB and Booking over many years at a number of our properties. We enjoy meeting new people and providing a 'home away from home' feel with a touch of luxury. We are travellers too and when we travel we are always looking for a friendly welcome, privacy, space, sublime views, cleanliness, gluten free food and a very comfortable bed. We are delighted to welcome guests to our fabulous villa in what is considered to be Nelson's most prime location overlooking the waterfront, Haulashore Island and 'The Cut'.

Villa Victoria is located in a quiet street overlooking the bay, Haulashore Island and 'The Cut'. It's an easy 3-6min walk to four of Nelson's most fabulous Cafe's and Restaurants. The 'Boat Shed', the 'Boat House' (which also has live music on Fridays & Saturday evenings during summer), 'Nahm' and 'The Styx'. You can cool off with a swim just over the road (we provide beach towels) or take a walk / short drive down to Tahunanui Beach a little further along the promenade. We are only a few minutes drive into Nelson CBD or around a 25 minute mostly flat walk. Here you will find all conveniences, many more restaurants, movies, theatres and live music venues. Ask us about our favorite 'free music on a Friday night'! A visit isn't complete without a visit the famous Nelson Market on a Saturday morning, or the many other markets depending on the season. Nelson is a small city chock full of creative artisans, fabulous foods, beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, kayak & paddle-boarding, art galleries, vineyards and plenty of hiking and cycling trails. It's a place to be as relaxed or as active as you fancy. We have a mostly sunny temperate climate.
