Spacious and homely holiday house in the centre of Cromwell with all day sun and outdoor entertainer's pad. There are three good sized bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. All bedrooms have wall unit heat pumps. The kitchen is very functional and has a great open plan layout into the sitting area, great for schmoozing while cooking. The open plan area has a ducted air-conditioning unit to keep cool on those hot days. LOCATION: - 100m to the golf course - 200m to the lake/Clutha River - On a quiet deadend street and backs onto the greenway & primary school - One neighbour AMENITIES: - Spa - Outdoor seating - BBQ - Open kitchen & living - Heat pumps throughout (bar one bedroom as of Nov '24) - Washing facilities - 3 off street parks Please note that the garage is unavailable for guest use as it is being used for storage.
Myself and my partner, Cam, are Cromwell locals who have fallen in love with what the Central Otago region has to offer. We hope that you do too while enjoying your holiday pad!
The property is very conveniently located only blocks from the lake, golf course, Old Cromwell (the old town centre before the lake got dammed), the supermarket, the bike trail and also the frisbee golf course. The houses on the street are fully surrounded by greenways which means numbers of neighbours are to a minimum and we are lucky enough to have just one, while having super easy access to walkways and shortcuts everywhere.
