Property information

The apartment is in a building with only 6 floors, it is elegant and very quiet where you can rest peacefully and in quite comfort. All our beds are larger than 2 places so you can rest comfortably.

Neighbourhood information

Located just 2 km from the Chimpu Ocllo METROPOLITANO station, near Parque Zonal Sinchi Roca, major supermarkets (MAKRO, MAESTRO, QATUNA), and a shopping center offering traditional Peruvian cuisine. Only 6 km from MALL PLAZA COMAS, PLAZA VEA PRO, and UNICACHI, 13 km from the International Airport, 13 km from ANCON Beach, and 16 km from the CHANCAY Port.
