For many years we have opened our home to travelers looking for a warm, peaceful, and authentic atmosphere where they can feel as comfortable as with family. We offer personalized and friendly attention. We do not have a 24-hour reception, so all arrivals must be coordinated in advance. This allows us to ensure everything is ready for you and to provide a smooth and well-organized check-in. When we are not personally at the house, Bercy and Mari —an essential part of our team— take care of the welcome and the proper functioning of everything. They know every detail of the house and will be happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. We enjoy sharing real recommendations about the neighborhood, Lima, and the country. And if you would like to know more about the house, our services, or updates, you can find additional and updated information on our official website. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to Casa Nuestra Peru and to accompany you so that your stay in Lima becomes a special experience.
We like to travel, enjoy good music and art. We are use to share our house with our guests that come from all around the world.
Barranco has many houses in the colonial and Republican style (called "casonas"), flower-filled parks and streets, and appealing beachfront areas. Lima's contemporary art museum, the MAC, is located in Barranco, as well as the Museo Pedro de Osma, which hosts one of the best collections of colonial art and is itself one of Barranco's best kept examples of late-19th-century architectural style. The district includes numerous restaurants, nightclubs, discos, bars and peñas, where one can appreciate Peruvian music shows. On Pedro de Osma Ave., some tracks from the former streetcar (originally a railroad between Chorrillos/La Herradura and Downtown Lima) can be seen.

LOCAL TAX LAW

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
