Makati CBD and Major Company Office are w/in walking distance, Airport is w/in 30mins via NAIAX Swimming Pools (Additional Fee) , Jogging Path, Lounge, Green Landscape are available for Guest. This Nicely Furnished Two Bedroom Condo unit with Balcony is Owned and Managed by Me. You can enjoy the Breathtaking Views of Makati Skyline and Amenities with the cup of coffee in the Balcony. The Unit is on Tower B located in the 28th floor. Unit size is 45sqm (485sqf) Full Double Bed ( 54x75 inches ) - ROOM 1 Double Deck Bed ( 36x75 inches ) ROOM 2 Dining Room with 4 seater Dining Table and Chair. Big Closet and Luggage Cabinets. Nice Lightings in the Bedroom and in the Living Room. Its has a High Speed Internet and Smart TV, so you can enjoy watcing Netflix or Youtube in the comfortable sofa. Everything you need is inside the Unit. Clean Linens, Fresh Towels, Shower Gel, Working Table for you Laptop.
