The unit is a 30sqm 1BR fully furnished with nice interior. We are situated in the heart of the historical and cultural district of Adriatico in Manila. Convenient location from which you can easily reach all important places in and around the city. Transport options are plentiful as our location is close to LRT Station, bus, jeepneys, taxis and the NAIA International airport is just a few kilometers away. The unit comes furnished with one bedroom and with one bathroom with hot & cold water, an air condition, 40 inch LED TV, orthopedic mattress which is very comfortable and two large pillows, complete kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle and everything necessary to prepare meals in the privacy of your own unit. Watch the famous Manila Bay sunset, only 5-10 minutes walk from Adriatico Gardens Condominium. Harrison Plaza Shopping Mall and SM Hypermarket is just beside us & lots of convenience stores, restaurants, nearby. One of the biggest shopping malls in the world, SM MALL of Asia (MOA) is just 10-15 mins ride. *Harrison Plaza is currently closed for new SM Mall Construction. A Homey Place Manila is your home away from home.
Hi I'm Arnel, me and my wife Levy love to travel, we'd been to a lot of places and booked lots of hotel rooms, we already know what guests need.
Our location is just a walk away from Harrison Plaza where you can dine and shop, SM Hypermarket for your grocery and Rizal Coliseum if you love football or tennis. Public transport like LRT, Taxis, Jeeps and Buses are easy to access. Note: Harrison Plaza is currently closed due to the new SM Mall Construction.
