The following rules must be observed at all times during your stay at Addie’s Place property:
1. QUIET TIME: We are situated in a residential area, so any loud noise, including shouting and playing loud music outdoors is prohibited. Please respect quiet hours especially from 10PM to 7AM.
Strict compliance is a MUST as failure to comply may result in the revocation of our business permits; If non-compliance persists despite repeated reminders, will leave us no choice but to remove the unruly guests from the premises without any refund.
2. VIDEOKE: Feel free to enjoy the videoke however please be considerate to our neighbors, as not everyone shares the same music preferences. ALWAYS KEEP ALL SLIDING DOORS CLOSED WHILE SINGING to minimise noise.
VIDEOKE IS STRICTLY UNTIL 10PM ONLY.
3. AIR CONDITIONING: Kindly ensure that all SLIDING DOORS ARE CLOSED when the air conditioner is TURNED ON. Doing so will help retain the cool air within the living room, maintaining a moderate temperature. Apart from optimizing cooling efficiency, leaving the windows/doors open can strain the air conditioner and may lead to its eventual malfunction.
