A three story building with units that can accommodate your different needs. Each unit is equipped with a small kitchen, fridge, water container, dining table, AC, and shower heater. The property is located just about 1.5km from the town center. This specific property is a 2-bedroom apartment equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room with TV.
We are a property management group who has different properties since 2024. We specialize in short term rentals and giving guests a great experience in El Nido. Our properties are not your usual high-end, 5-star hotel service. Our properties are quaint, simple, and comfortable, allowing you to enjoy the island and somehow experience the local life.
The neighborhood is a mix of residential and commercial spaces and near the the highway which makes it easy for you to get a ride. Some of the hosts live just right beside the building so it will be easy for you to get some support.
