Simple Transient House
Enjoy our budget friendly room, located in a residential area around 10 minutes drive away near the heart of the city center where varying tourist spots like Session Road, Burnham Park, SM, and Night Market are located. Parking is available for motorcycles only. When getting to our location, you will need to walk the rest of the way for 3 minutes on a steep downhill slope if you have no motorcycle. There is a tight curve on the road, though vehicles and taxi's can pass through. Your bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, and your detached private bedroom is located on the first floor.
We give our guests privacy by only interacting with them if they need any further assistance.
We are located in a residential area where houses are right next to each other, so expect to hear the common noises like children playing, people talking, and motorcycles passing through.
