These are TWO condos in TWO DIFFERENT TOWERS, One in Breeze Residences and the other one is in Coast Residences. The 2 buildings are only 100 meters away from each other. Each of our units is fully furnished 1 Bedroom with a balcony facing a stunning view of Manila Bay and partially nice view of Makati City. The unit in Breeze is in the 31st floor (Unit 3154) while the unit in Coast Residences is on the 19th floor (Unit 1960) both towers Breeze and Coast are owned by SMDC one of the leading and reputable top developers in the Philippines.
