It is just 3-mins walk from famous St.Benedict church, surrounded by prestigious schools and hospitals as well as Solenad 1-2 where family can enjoy indoor/outdoor activities and good food restaurants. Popular supermarkets/mall like Landers, SnR and Ayala Mall are also nearby. Very accessible via CALAX, Sta.Rosa Exit and Eton exit.
