This 1-Bedroom unit is located on the 3rd residential floor. Inclusions: * Free Wifi (up to 55mbps speed) * 55"inch TV with Netflix * With shower heater * Washing Machine * Free shampoo & Conditioner and Body wash (Not a guest kit) * Free liquid hand soap and dishwashing liquid * Free Bath towels x(no. of guests) * Free use of kitchen Facilities (for light cooking only) - Single induction cooker - Basic cookwares - Spatula, knife and chopping board - Microwave - Electric Kettle - Refrigerator - Basic Tablewares (Mugs, Glass cups, Plates, & utensils) Guest Access: *Swimming pool: -Open from Monday to Sunday (except Tuesdays) -As per condo policy, for pool use guest have an additional fee of: -P100/pax (Weekdays / Day use) -P150/pax (Weekends / Night use) *Parking -Parking inside the tower is P300/night, kindly message us in advance if you’d like to reserve one for your stay. Other things to note: *STRICTLY No Smoking *NO Pets are allowed *Light cooking is allowed (Kindly turn on the range hood when cooking to avoid unnecessary odor inside the unit) *Refrain from making LOUD NOISES especially by 10PM *Heavy STAINS from towels or any linens will be charged accordingly. *Do not flush tissues/napkins into the toilet bowl *Turn off the A/C, television, lights and other electric appliances when not using *Visitors are allowed until 10PM *Always close the door, as we are not responsible or liable for any loss items. *Do not leave garbage along the hi way, kindly dispose your garbage properly, every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. Must be tied up securely. *Guests are expected to take care of all the decorations, furnitures, fixtures and appliances. Any damage or loss item (missing towels, broken appliances, wall or bed stains, clogged toilet or sink, etc.) will be charged accordingly. ***EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT is subject for availability, kindly message us ahead.
