Located just steps (15 sec) from Bulabog Beach and minutes from White Beach and D’Mall, it is perfect for kitesurfers, adventurers, and anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and calm. The space - Tranquility day & night, with no traffic noise, no rooster calls, and no disturbances - 80 Sqm of living space - King size bed - Large well-equipped kitchen - Large living area equipped with sofa bed - Modern bathroom with large shower - Walk-in closet - Flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom - Private Wi-Fi with dedicated router - Balcony - Hot water - AC Other things to note New Listing, Trusted Legacy: We’ve just taken over this beautiful apartment in 2025. The former owners had over 10 years of top-rated reviews, but we’re starting fresh due to a change of account. We bought our homes in places we love to kitesurf or ski. When we’re not there, you can be. Right now, we have two apartments for rent: one in Boracay, Philippines, and another in Silvaplana, Switzerland (listed on another site). You know that feeling when you visit somewhere and love it so much you think, “Could I live here?” That’s exactly how we felt about both our vacation homes. We’ve named them Diwa Lodge Boracay and Diwa Lodge Silvaplana. Diwa means “soul” or “meaning” in Tagalog—fitting, because these are places where we’ve left a part of our soul. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do when we’re away.

From November to April, steady Amihan winds make it one of Asia’s premier kitesurfing spots. The beach takes on a quiet, ‘desert island’ atmosphere, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Despite its serenity, Bulabog Beach is just a short 10 minute walk from White Beach and D’Mall, offering convenience without the crowds.
