Kabayod Place,it is located at Pob.5 General Luna,Siargao. It is just a few minutes away by motor bike to top attractions, including the famous Cloud 9 surfing spot and popular restaurants, bars, and vibrant nightlife, all within 5 minutes by motor bike. Privacy is paramount in our space. Kabayod Place is a newly built accommodation with a mix of native and concrete materials, it offers four (4) villas, each Villa has 2 rooms with access to give complete privacy, each room has its own toilet and bathroom, and each room has its own balcony where you can relax taking coffee while sunrise greeted you. Each of our rooms has a window-type Aircon and is designed to accommodate two guests comfortably, featuring a comfy Queen-size bed, side table, working table, and clothes rack, with a chill vibe room design and a balcony. There is also a reception area where your breakfast is served. Breakfast is free with free flow coffee. For guests opted to prepare meals by themselves a Common kitchen where you can prepare meals is available, barbecue pit is also available. Each Villa has a white sand pathway and a garden. The garden is planted with flowers, bamboo, greenery plants.

I am a Filipino and a Mechanical Engineer working on Oil and Gas Industry. I started venturing Rental Business in Genereal Luna, Siargao with a rented lot around year 2019. At present, its expanded to 4 Villa seated in my own lot. The new villa has a Private AC room, Private Toilet and Bathroom; Private Balcony; Own stair access to give guests a complete privacy. There is also a Common Kitchen and Dinning area located at the garden inside the property; Fully fence area with a gated Gate; Parking area is fully fence; Reception area; Garden, External Shower. Receptionist will greet you on the day of your check in. A brief orientation on house rules will be conducted to make guests stays comfortable. Guests can Ask everything what information need (favourite local shops, restaurant, tours, things to do on the day of departure). There is a shower area outside the Villa where you can refresh and clean yourself from your island adventure. We emphasized reminding guests not to throw tissue paper onto the toilet bowl to avoid blockage, please follow these rules to avoid penalty. We are more than happy to recommend/organize: - Local eats - Boat tours / island hopping - Land tour

The property perimeter is gated and fully fence, it is planted with plants, flowers and herbs. It is located Poblacion 5, General Luna with in local neighbours. t It is just a few minutes away by motor bike to top attractions, including the famous Cloud 9 surfing spot and popular restaurants, bars, and vibrant nightlife, all within 5 minutes by motor bike. Neighbours are generally friendly and happy go lucky people. It is genrally quite place specially at night. Guest can also experience chicken morning greeting from the neighbours pet. There is a shower area outside the Villa where you can refresh and clean yourself from your island adventure. General Luna does suffer from occasional power outages as well as water pressure issues. We have our water tanks so there will always be water but the pressure may not always be strong. Please note, that the road leading to the villa is unpaved and a bit bumpy (and muddy during rainy season) part of island life, and sadly beyond our control.
