The Unit is located at the Center of Batangas City, in a sub urban barangay, in a very accessible location. It is 2 km away from the Batangas City Grand Terminal and Batangas City Diversion Road. It is also located 2 km away from supermarkets like Shopwise, Savemore and SM Hypermarket. 5 minute drive to Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, Mang Inasal, Contis Bakeshop, Shakeys, Jollibee and Mc Donald's and Mang Inasal. Small Lomi restaurants are easy to find in the area. You can stay at the Unit if you will be traveling to Puerto Galera, Mindoro or Boracay via ship/ferry
