This brand new lovely studio apartment is on the 16th floor of Mesaverte Residences Tower 2, facing the pool area and with an amazing view of the sea and the city. The apartment's amenities include ☑ free wi-fi internet access, ☑ 43-inch smart TV with cable ☑ large queen size bed ☑ fully equipped kitchenette ☑ hot/cold shower ☑ bidet. This residence complex is fully secured and has an amazing garden, adult and kids swimming pools, playground, and basketball court. Swimming pools are free for up to 2 guests. Please note however that the pools are closed every Monday for maintenance. Access to gym and fitness facilities is also free but limited to 1 guest only. On site parking is free, but overnight parking at this property is charged at P300/night. There are nearby public parking at Corrales or Osmena Streets or you can go for the P100/night paid parking beside Lifestyle District.

Mesaverte Residences is the perfect place to stay if you'd like to explore Cagayan de Oro City. It is a haven in the middle of downtown Cagayan de Oro, and next to the biggest malls in the city - SM Downtown, Ayala Centrio, Robinsons Mall, Limketlai Mall, and Gaisano City. It is located right across The Lifestyle District where you can relax, hang out, enjoy great food and good music, with a glass of beer! There are 7/11 stores in both entrances at Osmena St and Coralles St.
