BASE FEE is for 8 pax; +700 (additional pax) The stairs going to the 2nd floor is outside, and expect to see the garden on your left as you go up. Get a scenic panoramic view of the private garden and the Bamboo Sanctuary of the Mirador Heritage Park. Yep! The residence is literally on the backside of the famous Heritage Park! The best cozy and comfortable stay is ofcourse our best interest for our guests. Hence, if you intend to book more than 8 pax, then this would most likely be crowdy for your group. As such, we suggest a maximum of 8 PAX ONLY. However, we had a number of guests pushing for extra more pax that had no concerns at all. As such we had opened the choice here in to add guests, if more than 8 pax.
