A natural escape to the busy city life, Our brand new home sits on top of a hill overlooking the stunning views of Maasin City's mountain ranges, rolling hills and ocean scene. Abundance of cool breeze on a hot day, Breathtaking colors of sunrise and sunset can be experienced everyday. Ideal for families, small group of 6-10 friends getting together. A perfect hideaway with just 20 mins drive from the city center is all it takes to help you unwind in nature.
Easy and laid back guy, who loves outdoors and likes to spend time playing music and dabbling with arts. Works for a telco company but wished to be a carpenter building cabinets. Me and my wife Lyn have built our dream vacation home but the irony is we live overseas. So while we are away, We would like to share this newly build home for guests all over the world. We offer scenic mountain views of my hometown and a retreat from the busy city life. We have Dodong, our onsite host who will hand your keys and can quickly guide you to our place on your check-in day. He will be your main guy in case urgent assistance is needed during your stay. But you can message me anytime here in Airbnb messaging and I'll do my best to address any issues as soon as possible.
Quite little town with friendly and hospitable locals. Below our home is a local bakery that supplies fresh bread everyday. Also a catering business is available just a few meters from our property. A few small convenient stores are also present around the area. Our home sits on top of a hill. A concrete stairway with 83 steps will be a bit of a challenge to the elderly and the disabled. Car dirt road and car port is available in front of the house but not fully developed yet. Guest are advised not to use the dirt road yet as it's dangerous especially on rainy season. Unfortunately, No regular public transport is available to and from our rental home except for the motorcycle for hire that runs between Tuburan and Malapoc Sur. Best transport is to hire a Van at Maasin City bus terminal or we can recommend the contact details if guest require there services. Approximate travel time is 20mins from Maasin town proper to our property. At the moment, we are still under continuous improvement of the place including the car access. Guest with cars can safely park beside the street just below our property.
