Omotenashi House of Santa Rosa is a Japanese inspired Town house with mini garden and minitub. A rustic home situated near center of santa rosa city laguna in a private quiet subdivision surrounded by several coffee shops and themed restaurants by foot.
Owner is very sociable and pro-active. You may reach us thru FB messenger, viber or cellphone. Advantage is that we live at the same subdivision.
Very strategic location. Property is situated in a private subdivision near the center of Santa Rosa City. Plenty of open spaces to jog and exercise. A mini-mall with supermarket is available inside. Several resto and coffee shops (dine-in/delivery) and convenience store are like mushrooms sparawling in this very quiet yet active community. Convenience store/pharmacy bakery and "talipapa" for raw foods are few walks away.
Very accesible from Manila via Mamplasan Exit then SM Access Road then towards city proper if using private vehicle. Public Transpo is available 24hrs from City proper to the subdivision via tricycle or 2km walk.
