Persimmon Studio Condo, 16th floor unit (24.5 sqm), with 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Spacious and clean studio type of unit with a complete amenities. The condominium is 20 walk to SM City Mall and a 30-minute walk to Ayala Centre Mall. Towel and sheets/linens provided complimentary once per week for longer stay. NOTE: Valid ID and vaccination card only are allowed to enter. No visitor, party/event allowed.
