KARAOKE: No, we don't have karaoke. 🙂 FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE: Laiya does not have Grab/Foodpanda. There's a delivery service called "Grab n Go" on fb. Kindly message them directly for requests. BOARD GAMES: This is free to use, but we kindly request for you to take care of it as if it's your own. Any damage will be charged to the guest's account. IS THERE WATER ACTIVITIES? None as of the moment but our personal favorite is looking at the sunrise every morning near the beach. COLOR OF THE BEACH SAND AND CAN KIDS SWIM? We have a beautiful brown fine sand that's safe for even kids to swim. QUIET TIME: 10pm to 7am - we are inside a private subdivision so we kindly request to keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb neighbors. thank you! PETS: - Bedroom, jacuzzi, and clubhouse pool is off limits. - Owners are also expected to clean up after your pets’ poo & pee, and maintain the cleanliness of the property. - We can only accommodate up to 2 pets inside the property. PARKING: We only have 2 parking slots. Street parking is NOT allowed. We are located inside a private subdivision, and the security is really tight to ensure your safety within the premises.

Seacove Villa is situated inside a private village (Seafront Residences) and shares a clubhouse pool and beach with village residents. Pool and beach is a 5-min walk from the property. HEATED JACUZZI: - FREE 24/7 for guests (inside the villa). - STRICTLY proper swimming attire should be used (NO cotton, denim, and zippers) Amenities you can enjoy OUTSIDE our property: CLUBHOUSE POOL: - 5-min walk from the property - PHP 300 per guest per visit (pls pay directly to the clubhouse. This has been implemented by the clubhouse admin, not by us, Seacove Villa) - 7am to 6pm Monday to Sunday (Wed closed) - please note that we do not manage cleanliness of the village clubhouse pool. - STRICTLY proper swimming attire should be used (NO cotton, denim, and zippers) BEACH: - Same location as the pool - FREE - Open until 6pm *please note that we do not manage the cleanliness of the village clubhouse beach. - Sand: Black - Is it safe for kids to swim? Yes, but with supervision - Water in the beach might look muddy depending on the weather/season, and it's out of Seacove Villa's control. Should your booking fall on a Wednesday, clubhouse pool is CLOSED for maintenance, but you can use our heated jacuzzi inside the property for your enjoyment, 24/7. Professional photoshoots are not allowed inside the clubhouse.
