The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in for verification. In the event that the card holder is not present, a duly signed letter of authorization together with (1) a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card and (2) a photocopy of the front and back of a valid ID/passport, must be sent to the hotel 14 days prior to arrival. If in case the credit card used to make the reservation is not presented upon arrival, the guest may use another mode of payment, e.g. another valid credit card on hand or cash.
