Since then, our company has continued to expand, and TEZA by the Z is our first dedicated beachfront villa rental. We are a family-led team committed to delivering warm hospitality and personalized service. We always go the extra mile to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay—whether they choose our resort rooms or our private villa experience.

TEZA by the Z – Beachfront Vacation Villa Rental is a spacious 3-bedroom villa located directly in front of the beach in Santa Fe, Bantayan Island. This is just beside Jelly's Haven Resort. Each bedroom features two double-sized beds, comfortably accommodating 6 to 12 guests. The villa offers two bathrooms—one on the ground floor and one on the second floor—both equipped with a hot and cold shower, bidet, and hair dryer. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, rice cooker, refrigerator, and basic cooking and dining utensils. The home includes a cozy living area with a sofa, a dining room, and access to beach lounging chairs that guests may bring out to the shore. A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking. The villa also features a third-floor roof deck, offering a peaceful space to relax, unwind, barbecue, or enjoy the calming views of the beachfront surroundings.
