The property is within a private farm-lot in a quiet, safe, off-the beaten path place, just a stone's throw away from Tagaytay. Weather is breezy or cool year-round, depending on the time of year.
We are a semi-retired couple. The property was our weekend entertainment place. The whole farm-lot was Anthony's passion project. When the pandemic happened, we lived in the property for less than a year and eventually opened a small restaurant when restrictions eased a bit.
As what happened in most places during the pandemic, urban dwellers found the need to own open-air places outside of the city. Most of them bought properties near ours.
