The property has an ideal location in a very safe area with city cameras that cover the tenement house and the entire parking lot 🅿️ along Lubelska Street. Within 100 meters there are a number of restaurants where you can taste many culinary cultures. RESTAURANTS: Gęsie Sprawki - a great restaurant with an amazing atmosphere, beautiful brick decor, and top-level cuisine, where the revolutionary was carried out by Ms. Magda Gessler. The restaurant menu is in each of our apartments, the guest can order a full menu to the apartment. 😁 Dunka - Ukrainian Restaurant (Delicious 😋) Panda 🐼 Wok - Asian Kwiat Paproci - Modern Pizzernia Sto Piątka - Huge sizes of pizza. The tenement house is the pearl of the city, located at Edward Łuczkowskiego Square, Market Square, Well, Promenade. One of the most beautiful tenement houses in Chełm, according to many famous people, (the most beautiful). The tenement house has a beautiful history, it was designed and built as the first Hotel in Chełm. The apartments are of a high standard, very bright and with a beautiful view. The staircase itself makes a huge impression, where fully metal stairs, colorful shop windows, and beautiful photos of old Chełm have been preserved to this day. In the winter, there is an ice rink on the square ⛸️ The apartment is freshly renovated, in a modern style with a beautiful view of the entire panorama of the city and a beautiful sunset 🌅 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨. The apartment always has fresh coffee, tea and G/N water.
