- Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w udogodnienia dla dzieci: krzesełko do karmienia, wanienka, podest, nocnik.
- Jest możliwość ustawienia łóżeczka turystycznego, jest ono na stałym wyposażeniu mieszkania.
- Balkon od strony wewnętrznego dziedzińca, nie od ulicy, stwarza możliwość miłego relaksu.
