Contemporary 60m2 apartment consisting of 3 rooms close to the beach. The whole complex is surrounded by trees, which makes it a perfect place to relax on the sea side.
Apartment is prepared for max 6 people in total (2 people in each room) and is finished in a modern style. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds plus a living room with a couch that can sleep 2 adults. It is fully equipped with a flat screen TV, radio with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi internet, kitchen, washing machine and big wardrobe.
The balcony is furnished with a table, chairs and light. The complex is secured and monitored. There is a playground for kids, which is visible from the balcony. The underground car park (for one car) is included in the price.
250m to the beach and 200m to the Promanade with bars, restaurants, etc.
