AURUM APARTHOTEL is located near the seaside Historic Promenade and Health Promenade, which are among the most popular walking routes in the city. At the mouth of the Świna River, at the end of the breakwater, stands a historic windmill, known as Stawa Młyny (Milles' Stairs). It serves as a navigation marker and a great tourist attraction. It's a wonderful place for interesting photos and a great vantage point. At 68 meters, the Świnoujście Lighthouse is one of the tallest lighthouses in the world. From its summit, you can admire the surrounding views. Another tourist attraction are the Prussian fortifications, which include the Western Artillery Fort, Angel's Fort, and Gerhard's Fort. The Underground City, part of the Coastal Defense Museum in Świnoujście, is definitely worth a visit. This military complex includes a network of underground passages connecting large shelters beneath the coastal dunes. A stroll to Zdrojowy Park, which borders the spa district, is also worth a visit. Near the park, you'll find the Tower, a restored remnant of the Martin Luther Church, destroyed during the war. Today, the tower serves as a magnificent vantage point. The former town hall building houses the Sea Fishing Museum, which houses an exhibition devoted to the history of fishing, ancient fishing tools, navigational instruments, ship models, and amber. Hikers and cyclists will find interesting trails and hiking trails nearby. Wolin National Park and the European Bison Exhibition Center are worth a visit.
